Do I receive anything for signing up?

Everyone receives a BOGO offer when they sign up. The offer is for a free regular sandwich with the purchase of any regular, medium, or large sandwich at reg. menu price. The bogo offer can be found in the offers tab and will expire 3 weeks after you download the app.

How can I earn points?

Earn points by scanning your QR code in-store. If you don't have your phone, no problem! Just give the cashier your phone number. You also earn points by ordering online through the mobile app. You'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food purchases.

What can I use my points on?

After collecting 50 points you can earn a free Craver sandwich or free reg. Potato Waffers^®.
After collecting 75 points you can earn a free premium side item.
After collecting 100 points you can earn a free regular sandwich.
After collecting 125 points you can earn a free medium sandwich.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the rewards tab at the bottom then select the red redeem button. You will see all your available rewards. When you're ready to redeem a reward simply hit the redeem button and scan the QR code.

What if I hit redeem on accident?

If you don't scan the QR code, the reward or offer will go back into your account after 1 hour.

Do points ever expire?

No, they do not expire.

Can you use multiple rewards in the same transaction?

Sure can! As long as you have enough points.

How long does it take to receive my points?

You will see your points 24 hours later.

What if I don't receive the correct number of points?

If that happens, please accept our apologies and call the Mr. Hero Corporate Office at 440-625-3080 or email marketing@mrhero.com.

Will I earn points through delivery?

If you place the delivery order through Mr. Hero's online ordering, you will receive points. Taxes, fees, and tips are not included. If you order through Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub, or any other third-party delivery service you will not earn points.

How do I use coupons in the app?

There are several ways to use our coupons.
1. If you make an purchase in-store, visit the offers tab and simply select the offer you want to use. Hit redeem and scan the barcode.
2. If you're ordering online through the app, you will see any rewards and offers available to you after you select your menu items and right before payment.
3. If you order online through www.mrhero.com you will need to sign in using your app user name and password. You will then see any rewards and offers available to you after you select your menu items and right before payment.

Do the coupon offers expire?

Customers will receive monthly coupon offers in the app that will expire at the end of that month. Once a coupon is used, it will disappear from the app.

Can I earn points by purchasing a Mr. Hero gift card?

No, you must purchase food items to earn points.

Can I transfer points to someone else?

No, you cannot transfer points.

How do I earn bonus points?

You can refer a friend! If your friend downloads the app and makes a purchase you both receive 10 bonus points. There will also be opportunities to earn double points from time to time.

Which Mr. Hero locations can I use the app at?

All locations are participating.

Can I earn points when redeeming a reward or coupon offer?

Yes, you do. You won't earn points on the amount discounted from the reward or coupon, but you will earn points on the balance of your order.

Can I still earn points if I order online through mrhero.com and not through the app?

Yes, you do. To earn points through online ordering you must either order through the mobile app or sign into your online ordering account with the same user name and password as the app.
