Our History

In 1965, the founder of Mr. Hero opened his first submarine shop on Cleveland’s Westside. Since that time, Mr. Hero has expanded the market to Toledo, Columbus, Akron, and all throughout Northeast Ohio. The Corporate Headquarters, RESTAURANT DEVELOPERS CORPORATION of Cleveland, Ohio, is the franchising company behind Mr. Hero restaurants. We pride ourselves in our community connections and our contributions to local charities. This has given us the opportunity to give back to the community for which has contributed to our success. Mr. Hero continues its success to this day with Michael Nasr serving as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations.
